Some people (not stupid people btw) said - "Live life in the cell of one day" or "Live it as if there is no tomorrow" or "Live life to its fullest, with its sorrow and happy moments." All this qoutes imply one thing - every second of our life is unique and unrecoverable. Time is a priceless investment.
We all live our lives second by second, hour by hour, day by day (sometime we forget how fast it flies away from us). It all adds up, like a step on the ladder (although sometime we don't realize that). How a day is lived completely depends on that person's personal believes and aspirations. To use your time wisely you have to ask yourself what "wisely" means for you. Time management is a complex issue which definitely depends on how you view life. If time is precious to you, then you would try to manage time the best you can which would require some strong motivation to come from within yourself constantly. I agree, Igor, that by often reminding yourself that life is short and death is approaching - you can inspire yourself to many things that otherwise would seem impossible or would require, at the first glance, too much time (time most of us say they don't have). Correct time management can get you closer to your dreams and wishes. So make a plan for those 16 hours of opened-eyes time you have. Decide what you want to do with it and use it wisely. V |
